Chuck's Page
| | In a kids eyes Dad is seen as a Super Fly Fisherman and with enough patience, a lifetime of fly fishing contests can emerge. I hauled my children out to the river as toddlers and was teaching them just a few years later. Pictured is my son Tyler at age 5 just as he had finished reeling in a 25 inch Brown Trout. Tyler was diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder 5 years later which led to many other disorders as well. It was like flipping a switch on and Tyler was no longer his usual self. There are a few things that flip the switch back to the old "normal" Tyler; Science, Backpacking, and Fly Fishing. We can¿t imagine what Tyler would be like today if I hadn¿t taught him how to fly fish. A lot of things tend to happen in everybody¿s lives that don¿t make sense. Make sure you spend quality time with your family. 4UTyler
